Our Story

Natalie connected with Ceremonial Cacao in 2020. It was through a trusted Shaman that Natalie embarked on a 21 day challenge, swapping coffee for cacao where she felt a huge shift in mood as well as connecting to her creativity.... in particular, writing, dance and music.

Frome there her connection grew deeper and she knew she wanted to encourage more people to discover the benefits of ceremonial cacao.

As Natalie fell more in love with cacao, life, and herself, she decided that this plant was much needed during these times and should be accessed by all. Through much research, she managed to source Breathe Pray Love’s own cacao from the Ashaninka tribe in Peru to ensure the product is as close to source and as pure as possible, maintaining all its goodness in every area.

Cacao has been a beautiful teacher for many, bringing people more into  their feminine energy and unlocking many blocks to the love that they already are.

Ceremonial cacao has been a huge help in navigating mental health, spiritual awakening and sober journeys, as well as for women navigating monthly cycle symptoms and perimenopause/menopause.  It really is a SUPER FOOD - no wonder it's called FOOD OF THE GODS!!

The Cacao/Breath combination evolved as Natalie began to work with these two healing modalities together. She discovered that the combination of Breathwork and Ceremonial Cacao brought feelings of vitality and wellbeing into her life and that of many others, allowing them to experience more Joy, Love, and Abundance daily.

Online breathwork and Cacao ceremonies soon followed.

And so Breathe Pray Love was born; bringing ceremonial cacao and breathwork to the World!
