How to create your own "Breath Pray Love" Cacao Ceremony at home 😍

A CACAO CEREMONY IS A BEAUTIFUL WAY TO BRING YOUR AWARENESS INWARDS.

THESE SIMPLE STEPS WILL ENABLE YOU TO CREATE YOUR OWN SACRED CACAO CEREMONY AT HOME.

STEP 1: CREATE A QUIET, SACRED SPACE FOR YOURSELF

Make sure you have a place you won't be disturbed. You can decorate it with candles, cushions, crystals, Oracle cards, aromatherapy oils. Have some relaxing music on and burn some incense/sage/palo santo - this should set the mood. Put some gentle music on to start with.

STEP 2: PREPARE THE CEREMONIAL CACAO

Now it is time to prepare the cacao. 42g is a ceremonial dose and should allow you to deepen into a meditation. You can sweeten to taste. Don't burn the cacao and make sure it's fully cooked through.

STEP 3: SET YOUR INTENTIONS

Holding your cup of ceremonial cacao in both hands, set your intention and ask for guidance on a subject you are looking for a resolution to or insights on. No religion is necessary here - you can just ask 'source' or 'unconditional love' to come in as your guide. Whatever feels most comfortable to you.

STEP 4: DRINK THE CACAO

Bring your cup to your heart space, will your intention into the cup and take your first sip. Notice the warmth of the cacao as it flows through your body and connects to your heart. Notice any energies shifting in your body &

allow for deep introspection, emotions to unravel & new ideas to come. Let your heart open and your creativity flow.

You can now journal or meditate. Most of all, allow for your own inner wisdom to show you what to do. You might really fancy a dance by this point so you can put on more uplifting music and let your body do what it wants to do. You will be guided so get out of your own way and let the inspiration flow.

STEP 5 - CLOSE THE CEREMONY

Only when you feel ready, give thanks for the experience and remind yourself of the intention you set. Ask for cacao's energy to continue to work on your behalf outside of the ceremony.
